Terma Bania

Thermal baths are a perfect place to relax after skiing. Terma Bania, located in picturesque Białka Tatrzańska, is one of the most popular thermal baths complexes in Poland. It offers entertainment, relaxation and ultimate regeneration all year round, attracting both families with children and those seeking rest and deeper relaxation. The facility is divided into three zones: Fun, Relaxation and Sauna Zone. The pools were filled with thermal water with the temperature of 34 - 38°C.

For families with children, there is a dedicated Fun Zone with plenty of attractions and entertainment, including slides available all year round, a water playground for the little ones, a family slide, a pool with artificial waves, a jacuzzi with raw sulfur water, a water carousel, and a lazy river in the outdoor pool. Once you’re done with water fun in this zone, you can move on to the Relaxation Zone and unwind in the pools with multiple hydrotherapy amenities. Here are indoor pools and outdoor pools overlooking the panorama of the Tatra Mountains. There is a water drink bar, saunas - Finnish and herbal sauna with a view, and cooling basins with water of a temperature up to 10 °C and snow sauna, available all year round!

Those over the age of 16 will find respite in the Mountain Sauna Zone featuring Russian Banya, Finnish saunas, a stone grotto, steam bath, infrared sauna, and salt water pool and brine graduation tower. At the following hours: noon, 02:00, 04:00, 05:00 (ladies only session), 06:00, 07:00, 08:00, 09:00 PM the Aufguss ritual is held - available for the price of the purchased ticket.
