Polana Szymoszkowa
The station, located a few minutes from the centre of Zakopane, boasts one of the most beautiful panoramas of the Tatra Mountains in the city. A large railway, running to the top of Gubałówka, is a proposal for experienced skiers and tourists looking for views. The smaller one will work well in case of winter sports adepts. There is also the Kids Park Szymoszkowa kindergarten and a winter playground for children.
The centre forms part of Tatry Super Ski – the largest skiing industry project in Poland, combining most of the ski resorts in Podhale, Spisz, Gorce and Pieniny. By buying a Tatry Super Ski pass, you can make use of 19 ski resorts, giving you access to 118 varied routes with a combined length of over84 km.
